Terms & Conditions for the Bloom + Wild Mother’s Day Social Competition (the “Competition”)
The Competition is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor, McBeath House, 310 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7LW.
By entering this Competition you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Competition.
The Competition starts at 00:01 on 3rd March 2018 and ends at 23:59 on 11th March 2018 (the “Competition Period”).
Who can enter this Competition?
Participants must be residents of the UK with a UK postal address and aged 18 or over.
The Competition is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
By entering the Competition you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.
How does the Competition work?
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition and entry is free.
Each participant can only enter the Competition once, either through Facebook, or through Instagram. Multiple Entries are not permitted. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry.
All Entries must be received by Radley during the Competition Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
Competition Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
After the expiration of the Competition Period, Radley’s Head of Marketing + ECommerce will select one (1) winner from all valid Entries. The winner will be the Entry which, in the Head of Marketing + ECommerce’s opinion, best represents the Radley brand.
The winner will be notified on the social media channel on which they entered the Competition no later than 23:59 on 18th March 2018. The winner will be provided with an email address to contact to claim their Prize.
The Prize must be claimed by emailing Radley at the email address provided within seven (7)days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
What is the prize?
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will be entitled to receive one (1) of each item from Radley’s Mother’s Day bundle which consists of:
one (1) Radley Syon Park Large Zip Around Matinee Purse;
one (1) Radley Syon Park Leather Medium Zip Top Clutch;
one (1) Radley Finch Street Large Bucket Hobo Bag (Pond Blue); and
one (1) Radley Love Radley Pendant Necklace (Rose Gold).
The winner will also be entitled to one (1) years supply of Bloom & Wild Letterbox Flowers worth a total of £216.
The items listed in 4(b) and 4(c) together constitute the winner’s prize (the “Prize”).
The Prize items listed at 4(b)will be sent to the winner within thirty (30) days of the winner providing their postal address to Radley.
For the Prize item listed in 4(c), Bloom & Wild will supply a voucher code to be redeemed online by the Prize winner. The flowers must be ordered by the Prize winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Submissions
Participants will retain ownership of the copyright in their submissions to the Competition.
By submitting an entry to the Competition, the participant grants Radley the worldwide, right to use the entry (whether or not it is selected as a winning entry) in relation to the Competition, advertising and/or marketing of Radley’s products and brand. Such use may include, without limitation, reproducing, copying, translating, adapting, publishing or making available your entry on Radley’s websites, on any social media account controlled by Radley, and in Radley’s other advertising and/or marketing materials, including but not limited to till receipts. The rights granted in this paragraph are perpetual (i.e. they last forever), and royalty-free (i.e. the participant will not be entitled to any compensation or other payments from Radley).
All participants irrevocably waive all moral rights in their entries to which they are entitled.
By submitting an entry to the Competition, participants agree that any such photos/images will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
The winner may be required to participate in reasonable post-event publicity, including the publication of his/her name and geographic location.
The name of the winner will be made available upon request.
Radley may contact participants using the social media platform that they used to enter the competition or the email address supplied in Entry for administrative purposes relating to this Competition.
Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Competition, to withdraw the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel prizes in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant competition page at www.radley.co.uk.
With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Competition, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
This Competition is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Facebook or Instagram and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Competition. Any complaint about the Competition should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook or Instagram.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
